REGISTRATION OPENS JANUARY 5TH! 

$225.00 per week.  Ages 6 years old (completion of Kindergarten required) to 12 years old accepted.

All participants are required to register ONLINE for all weeks that he or she would like to attend.  To secure your weeks, all weeks must be paid in FULL upon registration. Secure payments are ONLY being processed through PayPal (Credit Card or Debit Card.)  Cash and checks are not being accepted.  If you do not have access to a computer, you may come to the front office and use our laptop to complete registration and payment.

Refund requests or changes in dates must be submitted in writing to our administration team at [email protected]. Vesta requires a $50 cancellation fee per week.

Morning drops off starts at: 7:30AM. Afternoon pick up by 5:30PM

ABOUT OUR STAFF:

All our counselors are CPR/First Aid Certified and have a demonstrated excitement for spending time with children.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

A valid ID will be required upon pick-up and must match one of the names listed by you on the Parent Pick-Up Authorization Form.  We are unable to release your child from camp without proper identification.  If picking-up your child early, please make sure you sign them out with a staff member. Pick up and sign out will occur in the camp room with one our camp counselors or our camp director.

All campers are required to complete a swim test. The test will be conducted on Mondays and will only need to be completed once if participating in multiple camp weeks. If your camper does not pass, they will be required to wear a swim vest.  They can re-test any number of times but can only take the test once per day.

No electronics or cell phones will be allowed during the camp day. Please send your camper to camp with sunscreen (if needed), lunch, a water bottle and a snack(s). Also, sandals will only be allowed at the pool. Only closed-toe sneakers may be worn throughout the week otherwise. Fidget spinners, tradeable cards, and any toys from home are prohibited, so please leave them at home.

REGISTRATION:

We are processing all registrations through Jumbula’s online software which offers secure checkout through PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account in order to use this, you may checkout as a guest then input your credit/debit card accordingly.

Come January 5th, you will be able to go to Sampson Creek’s Summer Camp’s registration page.  Please click the green “Register Here” button. On the next page, PLEASE CLICK THE YELLOW EXPRESS REGISTRATION BUTTON at the bottom. At this time you will either need to create a new user account or log in to your existing Jumbula account if you have used one elsewhere.

Once you’re signed in, you can now click on the desired weeks you would like to register for.  Please fully complete the registration form and all prompts for payment.  Once you have completed all registration & payment requirements, you will receive an email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please log back into your account and check your cart to ensure you have fully submitted your payment.  All registrants will receive a 2026 Camp Handbook with more details upon registration and payment.
